La Foresteria è perfetta per chi vuole esplorare l’atmosfera della casa milanese dei primi del ‘900, tipica e affascinante. Il B&B è situato in una villa del 1927, completamente ristrutturata, che ha conservato lo stile originario pur essendo dotata di tutti i più moderni comfort.
Le camere e gli spazi comuni sono arredati con mobili antichi e creano un’atmosfera calda e raffinata, perfetta per riposare in totale pace.
Situato in una zona strategica della città, il B&B è facilmente raggiungibile dall’Aeroporto di Linate oltre che dalla Stazione Centrale di Milano. Si trova a poca distanza dal centro cittadino, ma anche dal polo universitario e dagli ospedali di Città Studi in zona Milano Est.

Camere

Le tre stanze sono caratterizzate da un peculiare colore delle pareti (azzurro, verde e grigio perla) che si integra con i tessuti degli arredi e le calde tonalità legnose del parquet.
Tutte sono strutturate con un piccolo ingresso, fonte di una piacevole privacy, che dà accesso ad un bagno personale. Ogni bagno è dotato di un’ampia doccia ed è dotato di shampoo, bagno schiuma e asciugacapelli. Ogni camera è dotata di riscaldamento e aria condizionata, tv e wi-fi. I letti, matrimoniali, hanno materassi in memory form.
La camera grigio perla si trova al piano rialzato della casa, mentre la blu e la verde si trovano al primo piano, accessibile tramite la scala padronale. In ogni camera è presente una cassetta di sicurezza. La camera blu può ospitare un terzo letto su richiesta.

La Foresteria is perfect for those people who want to explore the atmosphere of the Milanese house of the early ‘900, typical and charming. The B&B is situated in a villa of 1927, completely renovated, which has preserved the original style while being equipped with all modern amenities.

Rooms and common areas are furnished with antique furniture and create a warm and refined atmosphere, perfect to rest in total peace.

Located in a strategic area of the city, the B&B is easily accessible from Linate Airport as well as from Milan Central Station. It is a short distance from the city center, but also from the university campus and the hospitals of Città Studi in Milan East area.

The three rooms are characterized by a peculiar color of the walls (blue, green and pearl gray) that integrates with the fabrics of the furniture and the warm wood tones of the parquet.
All of them are structured with a small hall, source of a pleasant privacy, which gives access to a personal bathroom. Each bathroom has a large shower and and is equipped with shampoo, shower gel and an hair dryer. Each room has heating and air conditioning, TV and wi-fi. The beds, double, have memory foam mattresses.
The pearl gray room is located on the mezzanine floor of the house, while the blue and the green are on the first floor, accessible via the master scale. In each room there is a safe deposit box. The blue room can accommodate a third bed on request.
